OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION OF OUR PRODUCTS

Alcohol misuse, underage drinking and drunk driving are serious, industry-wide issues that we would all like to see solved. At Phusion Projects, LLC, we have a vested interest in the safe and responsible consumption of our products by adults of legal drinking age. As a responsible member of the alcoholic beverage industry we take seriously our obligation to market our products only to adults 21 and over.

We go above and beyond federal and state labeling requirements with multiple labels on all Four products that prominently show that the beverage contains alcohol. Our labels and marketing materials clearly state our message: If you’re 21 or older and choose to drink, please drink responsibly. If you’re under 21, respect the law and don’t drink.

We have strict standards for our retailers and conduct ongoing training to ensure our products are sold only to adults 21 and older. As part of our retail training we provide stores with educational materials to:

  • Help retail store clerks become familiar with our beverage container labels
  • Ensure proper product placement in the alcohol section of the store, away from soft drinks and energy drinks
  • Reinforce that all purchasers of our products must show ID prior to purchasing the products

We strongly believe retailers that sell our products to minors, and individuals who purchase them illegally, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Responsible alcohol consumption requires cooperation from everyone - federal, state, and local governments, law enforcement, retailers, community leaders, parents and consumers. We are proud of the work we do to ensure our products are used properly and only by adults of legal drinking age. But we can't do it alone. Everyone should work together to ensure that our products, and all alcoholic beverages, are consumed safely and responsibly.
